As I look back at 2017, I’m flooded with a range of emotions. My annual reflection has reminded me of the importance of maintaining our True Film brand as we continue to grow in 2018. Our company objectives have always been to exceed our clients’ expectations, create a stellar product, and provide top-notch customer service. We plan to over-deliver on these promises in 2018. Moreover, my mission as the CEO of this company has been to maintain employee motivation by building a company culture we are all passionate about. But I couldn’t do it alone.
Thus, I want to thank all of our employees, vendors, and partners for working to cultivate this innovative and driven community. I am proud that each member of this team puts the client’s satisfaction above all else.
I would also like to thank all of our clients for believing in our brand. Your commitment to True Film has enabled our continued growth this year and beyond. Without you, our creativity and love of storytelling would be a hidden talent. Thank you for letting us share our gifts and passions with the world.
True Film had an exciting year in 2017. We produced extensive video campaigns and strategies for our clients, which resulted in viral campaigns and a growth of our team’s skillsets and proficiencies. We also opened up a new division called TFP.live, which specializes in Facebook Live and other live streaming services.
In addition, we launched Trueinspirations.co, which is a self-funded inspirational video channel. It has one purpose: storytelling that inspires. Thus far we have produced six stories about empowering individuals and the driving forces of their success. We are thrilled by the success and feedback of these docu-style stories. In fact, one of our videos got over 100K views on our Facebook channel , and another was picked up by Upworthy with over 269K views.
This year we also took a reflective deep dive into our brand’s core values. Our core values are: Care, Growth, Human Connection, Happiness, and Good Vibes. We work towards these values every single day—for both our employees and our clients. We partner with those companies with similar beliefs, and we surround ourselves with clients who appreciate these principles.
Our successes in 2017 have prepared us to take on 2018. We have invested time and resources into structure and operations to ensure a flawless process. Our team is expanding, and we’re financing high-level trainings so our employees can continue to learn and grow in their roles. Growth and Human Connection are two of our core values, and we believe that training and education allows us to care for our employees, who can then better care for our clients. We will continue to create a culture of excitement and passion, where each individual is dedicated to building the best possible product ahead of industry trends.
In 2018, we will continue our growth of Trueinspirations.co with motivating and inspiring stories. We are truly thankful for the opportunity to produce content that have an impact on both our culture’s microcosm as well as the larger society. We look forward to using our experience with Trueinspirations.co to help our clients build their own passionate stories about their employees, customers, and partners.
