Surrounded by a plethora of ill fitting prêt–à–porter, Louboutin’s that can’t be walked in and attitudes that defy gravity, I take a moment to reflect upon the champagne quaffing throng, gathered at this “invitation only” soirée dedicated to a very select group of creative types. That I include myself in this category, says more about my social life, than any burgeoning desire to participate in what appears to be, a seamless round of who knows who, who’s in, who’s out and who cares!

Recently, I had an epiphany of sorts. I realized that my team, and myself, needed to become more organized as a whole as well as individuals. I came to this revelation and decided to take advantage of the app asana. Asana is a web and mobile app that is designed to improve employee productivity by helping teams track their work, as well as communicate more efficiently. We are a close-knit team, so each employee wears multiple hats at any given time throughout the day. It can become difficult for each of us to focus on our individual tasks when there are so many responsibilities as a team. My primary goal for this organization tactic is for each member of my team to feel more confident in their role here and know that they are an important part of the company.
